FAQ Campsite pitches

You will find here after our answers to the most frequently asked questions about our campsite:

A

Animals

Dogs, cats and other pets (except category 1 and 2 and the “New pets” category) are admitted on the campsite for a fee (contact us for the fee). They are forbidden in the accomodations during the high season (July/August). Animals have to be held on a leash and must not be left alone on your pitch or in your vehicle.
We remind you that animals are not admitted on the la plage de la Conche during the high season from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm. However, they are admitted on a small wild beach behind the campsite.
When your animal needs to relieve itself, remember to exit the campsite and carry along a small bag to pick up the droppings!

Arrival and departure of campsite pitches

The pitch will be made available from 01:00 pm on the day of your arrival. It will have to be vacated at the latest at 12.00 pm (noon) Arrivals and departure are possible every day.

B

Barbecues

Only gas or electric barbecues are authorized on the pitches.
3 charcoal barbecue areas are at your disposal on the campsite. You just need to bring some charcoal and to leave the grill clean after use. Electrics and gaz bbq are allowed ont the pitch.

C

Cancellation of the stay

Any stay cancelled without having purchased the cancellation insurance will trigger the loss of your deposit. If you do not show up on the day of the planned arrival and without notice or news from you, the pitch will be held for 24h. The next day at, 01:00 pm the pitch will be made available. No refund will be done.

Cancellation insurance 

Upon making your reservation, you can purchase a « Stay cancellation » insurance that we offer with the company CAMPERCOUVERT. You will find the insurance conditions under the “Download” heading of the website.
Reminder: any stay cancelled or shortened due to bad weather does not imply the refund of the booked stay! We are not responsible for the whims of the weather…

Car entrances and exits

There are automatic gates at the entrance of the campsite. They are operated by a license plate recognition system.

No vehicle can enter the campsite between 10:00 pm and 07:00 am, except in case of emergency. 2 parking lots are at your disposal outside. During the high season, additional vehicles will be billed, whether they park in the campsite or on the outside parking lots.

Cleaning rentals

You must leave the rental clean at your departure. If you want us to do the final cleaning, thank to reserve it at the beginning of your stay. Please note that toilets, shower and dishes has to be clean. The direction may keep all of part of the deposit. If the accommodation is left too dirty, we may refuse you any further stay at the campsite.

Should you want us to do the final cleaning, please mention this at the latest at your arrival so we can still organize this with our staff. Please note that in this case the cupboard as well as the kitchenware/cutlery has to be clean and the bins have to be thrown away in the containers at the entrance of the site. The surroundings of the rental have to be impeccable.

E

Electricity

Our campsite is equipped with 10 amps European electricity terminals. Remember to bring a long electric cable and European male plug. You can also buy the plug directly at the reception (19€).

F

Favourite pitch

You wish to have a specific pitch? Make your reservation as early as possible, we will always do all that we can to satisfy you. However, the final allocation of a pitch is at the discretion of the campsite management which can be led to modify this choice according to our schedule.


Fire Point

Yellow hoses are set up  on the site. They will only be used in case of fire. Please note that the water is not drinkable!

Payment 

You can pay with cash, bank card, bank cheque, holiday voucher and bank transfer

Payment of deposit and balance

Reservations are secured and effective when we receive your deposit. The deposit represents 30% of the amount of the stay + the reservation fee of 18€.
You will pay the balance 30 days prior to your arrival on our website or at the latest upon arrival at the reception office. Accepted types of payment: bank transfer,  bank card, ANCV holiday voucher or postal money order or cash.

Sanitary facilities

There are 3 sanitary blocks on the campsite. They are cleaned between 1 to 3 times a day, depending on the season.
Everyone is asked to respect the cleanliness of the premises and leave the place clean after use. Toilet brushes and holders are at your disposal in the toilets, squeegees are also at your disposal in the showers.
You enjoy a clean place when you arrive, have the courtesy of leaving it that way. All of this contributes to live well together and respect each other!

Visitors

For safety reasons, notably in case of evacuation, reception has to be informed of all visitors. An entry fee will be asked to any visitors who stay more than 2 hours on the campsite (price per visitor: 2 € per day). Visitors’ vehicles are not authorized on the campsite.

W

Water points 

There are drinking water points on the campsite. All water points give drinking water.

Weather

Weather forecasting being a science which allows to know the weather that should have been, we can reasonably say that the weather will be fine during your holiday… J

WiFi 

We offer a free and partial WiFi on the campsite ground. Places where network support is available: around the reception, the snack-bar, the children playground and sanitary block 1. Enjoy your vacation to really « switch off”!

Y

You will arrive the next day / you will leave the day before…

No refund will be carried out in these cases. We invite you to inform us of your late or delayed arrival by email of by phone at +33 (0)5.46.29.40.76 so we can keep your reservation.

FAQ Rentals

You will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

A

Animals

Dogs, cats and other pets (except category 1 and 2 and « new pets ») are admitted at the campsite for a fee (contact us for the fees). Animals have to be held on a leash.
Animals should not be left by themselves and they are not authorized during the high season in July and August. We ask you to monitor the freedom of your animal: no it cannot sleep in your bed, neither can it sharpen its claws on the sofas!
We remind you that animals are not admitted on the plage de la Conche (beach) during the high season from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm. However, they are allowed on the small wild beach behind the campsite.
When your animal has to relieve itself, think of exiting the campsite and bring a small bag along to pick up the droppings!

 

Arrival/departure in mobile-home, lodge or cabin

In low season, arrivals/departures are possible every day, depending on availability for a minimum of 2 nights. From June 29th to August 31st 2019, arrivals/departures will take place on Saturdays.

  • .Low season: rentals are available from 03:00 pm and have to be vacated at 10:00 am.
  • High season: rentals are available from 04:00 pm and have to be vacated at 10:00 am at the latest.

In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund can be made. We invite you to inform us of your late arrival in order to prepare your entrance in your accommodation. We will also prepare an envelope with all the necessary information for your entrance. No arrival can take place after 09:30 pm.
In case of an early departure, we will proceed to an inventory of fixtures and we will give you back your deposit if all the conditions of a good state of cleanliness are fulfilled.

 

B

Barbecues

Each rental is equipped with a gas barbecue.
There are also 5 areas of collective charcoal barbecue on the campsite.
You just need to bring charcoal and clean the barbecue grill after use.

 

C

Cancellation of my stay

 Any cancellation before your arrival at the campsite will lead to the loss of your deposit. You will have to inform us by any means possible and to address us an email or a simple mail.
If you don’t show up on the planned day of your arrival and without news from you, your accommodation will be kept for 24h, until 04:00 pm. On the day following your planned arrival, the accommodation will be made available again for rent. No refund will then be carried out.

 

Cancellation-of-stay insurance

Cancellation insurance: upon your reservation, you can purchase a cancellation insurance proposed with the company CAMPEZ COUVERT. All the conditions of applicability and exclusion can be read in the downloading heading of our website. In case of cancelling, you just need to inform them by email, phone or mail.

 

Car entrances/exits

Several vehicles?
Only one vehicle is authorized on you pitch. You will be able to park your vehicle near your accommodation. The insurance only covers one car per pitch. If you come with several vehicles, a free parking is at your disposal outside or the campsite.
 
No vehicle is authorized to run in the campsite between 10:00 pm and 07:00 am, except in case of emergency.
2 parking lots are at your disposal outside. During the high season, additional vehicles will be billed, whether they park inside the campsite or on the parking lot  

Cleanliness of the rental

At the end of your stay, the accommodation has to be as clean as it was when you arrived. We will make an inventory of fixtures prior to your departure together.
If the rental is not clean, we will keep all or part of your deposit with a minimum of 60.00 €.

 

D

Departure from your rental

Don’t hesitate to set up an appointment for the departure inventory of fixtures between 08:00 and 10:00. We will come to check the state of cleanliness of your accommodation and we’ll give you back your deposit. If there is no inventory of fixtures prior to your departure, your deposit will be refunded within 5 days, after we have done the inventory of fixtures.

Deposit for the mobile-home, lodge or cabin

A deposit of a total of 270€ by accommodation will be asked upon arrival. It can be given by cheque, cash or by credit card imprint. The deposit will be given back to you, after the end-of-stay inventory of fixtures in presence of a cleaning person or a receptionist, after deduction of the cost of any damaged or missing equipment, or of the end-of-stay accommodation in case the accommodation is not given back in a satisfying state of cleanliness.
We remind you that all our rentals are NO SMOKING.

 

F

Favourite accommodation

You wish to reserve a specific accommodation? Make your reservation as early as possible and we’ll assign it to you depending on availability. However, the definitive assignment of the accommodation is at the discretion of the campsite which can modify this allocation.

Payment

You can pay in cash, credit card, bank cheque, holiday voucher and bank transfer.

 

Payment of the deposit or the balance

A reservation becomes secured and effective upon reception of your deposit. The deposit corresponds to 30% of the amount of the stay + reservation fee is 18€.
The balance of your stay has to be paid 30 days before your arrival at the campsite.
You can pay by: bank transfer, cheque, credit card, ANCV holiday voucher or postal money order.

 

Tourist tax

It is included in the price of your stay, you have nothing to add. V-W-Y

Visitors

It is possible for a visitor to sleepover on condition that the accommodation allows it. Please inform the reception in order to see what is possible.

Since weather forecasting is a science which allows to know the weather that should have been, we can reasonably say that the weather will be fine during your holiday… J

 

WiFi

We offer a free and partial WiFi on the grounds of the campsite. Possible location for network access: around the reception, the snack-bar, the children playground and the sanitary block 1. Take advantage of your holiday to really « switch off »!
