Our 3 bedroom « Grand confort » mobile-homes –36m² (brand Louisiane)

Make yourself at home in one of the largest mobile homes of our campsites! They are functional and well thought, with their kitchen corner and their living room corner, you will be really comfortable to enjoy your holiday!

Our 3 bedroom mobile homes comprise:

• a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed
• 2 bedrooms with 2 80 × 190 cm beds
• an equipped living room - kitchen which includes: 1 refrigerator-freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 sink and 3 electric or gas burners, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 kettle, 1 microwave oven, tableware cookware, 1 vacuum cleaner.
• a shower room
• a toilet
• a terrace with garden furniture, 1 parasol and 2 deckchairs to enjoy the sweetness of the île de Ré evenings.
• a panel electric heater.

 Practical information: the bedding equipment is fully supplied for stays of a minimum of 7 nights and more (duvet and duvet cover, pillows and pillow cases, undersheets, bathmat).

Renting conditions of the 3 bedroom « grand confort » mobile home:

Good to know:

• Accommodation capacity: 6 persons maximum
• Non smoking accommodation.
• The mobile home has to be cleaned up before your departure because the cleaning is not included in the price of the rental.
• Only 1Pet is tolerated per accomodation.

Arrival and departure:

• In July and August, the rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
• From April to June and during the month of September, you can choose the day of your arrival, subject to availability.
• Arrivals are from 04:00 pm – Departures are between 08:00 and 10:00 am. An inventory of fixtures is carried on the day of your departure.

IMPORTANT:

We remind you that cleaning is not included in the price of your stay. You have to clean up your rental before you leave. An inventory of fixtures will be done at that moment. If the state of cleanliness is not compliant, all or part of your security deposit will be kept with a minimum of 80,00€.
